I recommend Alive! I have tried various vitamins throughout my life, often experiencing side effects such as nausea and diarrhoea. Given the importance of vitamins for our quality of life, I was thrilled with this product. Despite the large size of the tablet, there have been no adverse effects. The optimally calculated daily dose includes all the necessary components, which drew me in. After two months of taking two tablets three times a day, with a month's break, I have already purchased my fourth tub. I’m very pleased with the results: my arrhythmia has improved, my joints no longer crunch, and my hair appears healthier and thicker. Additionally, my nails are smooth, burrs have vanished, and my sleep has normalised, allowing me to fall asleep quickly. Overall, I feel in a good mood and wholeheartedly recommend this product.

No improvements seen
I haven't noticed any improvement in my overall vitality after taking three pills daily for three weeks. Perhaps I should increase the dosage to four pills per day. Instead, I would recommend Source Naturals Mega-One multivitamin, which requires only one tablet daily and effectively improves vitality within 1-2 weeks of use.
